At Lexor Pedi-Spa, we stand behind the quality of our professional salon equipment and offer a 30-day window for returns on unused items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that custom-built spa chairs and hygiene-sensitive accessories may be subject to specific restocking fees or limitations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original Lexor factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate or box and ship the item back to our designated warehouse via a tracked freight carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or exchange credit, minus any applicable shipping costs and restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
